NICOLETTE’S STORY

Years ago, Nicolette was a busy yoga instructor, teaching multiple classes each week and noticing a troubling trend: illness was prevalent among her students and even her fellow instructors.

However, her journey into holistic health truly began when her best friend's father, diagnosed with terminal cancer at 72, defied odds by embracing metabolic nutrition and detoxification-using food as medicine. Witnessing his 22-year survival ignited Nicolette's passion to explore this method and help others.

Nicolette delved into nutrition and chronic disease reversal, earning her Masters and a Ph.D. Over 25 years, she studied ecological and human health, learning from experts globally. She explored healing food systems on five continents, from Australia to Europe, Africa to Asia, and Mississippi to the Six Nations in Canada. Through rigorous scientific training and research, she gained insight into the shortcomings of many fad diets and health programs touted online, understanding why they often fail to deliver real results.

With $350,000 in personal investment, countless hours of research, and a commitment to learning, Nicolette authored a book, launched a top-ranked podcast, started a charity, produced an award-winning film, earned her doctorate in social sciences, became a sought-after speaker, and established a chain of plant-based cafes, the Green Moustache Cafe. Transitioning from a government job to a 6 to 7-figure entrepreneur, she now leads four successful health companies, including the nonprofit she always dreamed of.

Recognizing the lack of nutrition training, Nicolette created the Nutrition + Detoxification Coaching Certification program. With 25 years of expertise, she empowers practitioners to guide clients towards optimal health and success in health businesses.
